Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chives optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Put the eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover them
Over high heat, bring the water to a boil
Then, turn down the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes
The eggs should be taken out of the hot water and put in a bowl of ice water to cool down
Take off the shells and cut the eggs in half down the middle
Take the egg yolks out and put them in a different bowl
Use a fork to mash the egg yolks, then add the Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper
Mix it well until its smooth
You can pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves or spoon it back into the egg white halves
If you want, you can decorate the top with paprika and chives
Put the deviled eggs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve them
