The sweet, spicy, and sour flavors in these mango chili ginger popsicles work really well together. Great for hot summer days or any time you want something cool.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 small red chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
Instructions:
In a blender, combine diced mangoes, water, sugar, lime juice, grated ginger, and chopped chili
Blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid
Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy
