  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

Add a little salt to water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil

Add the polenta slowly while whisking it in

Then lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often, until it gets thick and smooth

Take the polenta off the heat, add the Parmesan cheese, and stir it in

Let it cool down a bit

Warm your oven up to 400F 200C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Spread the cooked polenta out on the baking sheet that has been prepared to make a pizza crust of any thickness you like

Brush olive oil on the polenta crust and bake it in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it starts to get a little crispy

After taking the crust out of the oven, cover it with marinara sauce and top it with mozzarella cheese

You can top it with sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves

Add pepper and salt

Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbly

Cut the Polenta Pizza into pieces and serve it hot

Have fun
