Easy Fruit Smoothies 4 Ways

Hari ini nak share cara buat smoothies. Tak payah susah-susah nak keluar duit. Jimat dan boleh buat hari-hari. Buah pun senang nak cari dan paling best, nak serve untuk orang tersayang pun boleh. Ok, let's do it.

1. Strawberry + Banana + Raspberry [Serves 2]

Ingredients
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
2 cups milk

2. Pineapple + Mango + Banana [Serves 2]

Ingredients
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup mango, cubed
1 banana, sliced
2 cups milk

3. Kiwi + Apple + Banana [Serves 2]

Ingredients
1 cup kiwi, sliced
1 cup apple, sliced
1 banana, sliced
2 cups milk

4. Triple Berry [Serves 2]

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
2 cups milk


Preparation
1. Mix fruits together in a plastic bag
2. Seal bag and place in freezer (untuk bagi tahan hingga ke 6 bulan)
3. When ready, mix milk and fruit in a blender until consistency is smooth
4. Enjoy!
